Integral metal manufacturing project and metallic structures for the construction of an industrial building in Petra, Mallorca. The works were carried out in three key phases: the assembly of the main steel gantry and metal pillars with bolted connections of high resistance; the manufacture and installation of a mezzanine or metal mezzanine with collaborative forging destined to offices and storage; and finally, the complete enclosure of the facade and cover with metallic sandwich panels insulating grey and cream color, guaranteeing a high thermal efficiency and speed of execution.
